Inspired by the history of Yokohama Port—once a flourishing gateway to the world—we present a new "Yokohama Gastronomy," pairing Kanagawa's abundant ingredients with sauces, spices, and cooking techniques from around the globe.
Rooted in French and Italian cuisine, we offer everything from à la carte to course menus against the ever-changing seascape.
